Your inbox, reimagined as an invading alien fleet. For once, achieving inbox zero is actually satisfying.

Built in the style of Space Invaders, the descending-wave arcade shooter that defined the genre back in 1978 — fixed lanes, rows of enemies marching steadily downward, a single ship standing between you and the bottom of the screen. It became one of the best-selling arcade games of its era specifically because it introduced something new at the time: a difficulty curve that escalated automatically as you played, rather than staying flat. We've kept that exact rhythm intact and swapped the alien invaders for something everyone has genuine, deep-seated feelings about — your own inbox, finally getting what's coming to it.

How to play

Move left and right and shoot to take down waves of descending emails before they reach the bottom of the screen.

Scoring

Points are earned per email destroyed, with tougher waves worth more as the game progresses.

Why play this?

The premise alone makes it the most relatable game here — everyone's inbox deserves this treatment.

Questions

Does difficulty increase each wave?

Yes, waves get faster and denser the longer you survive.

Can I play with keyboard only?

Yes — arrow keys to move, space to fire.
